President
Throughout her career, Cheryl Pierce has been very involved in user groups, currently serving her second term as president of the Southern California User Group ,with previous tenure as president of this group from 1997 to 2002. In 2002. She was also elected to the Board of Directors for Quest where she served on the board for six years.
Cheryl is a project manager at Amcor Sunclipse NA. Sunclipse is headquartered in Southern California and supports one of the nation’s top global packaging companies – Kent H Landsberg (KHL). KHL is a distributor with over 217 plants in 34 countries selling an assortment of paper, packaging materials, shipping supplies and janitorial products as well as stock and custom corrugated with revenues exceeding $8 billion USD.
Cheryl's current role with Sunclipse is in support of the JD Edwards financial applications and all third party interfaced products for JD Edwards. She is part of the project team which is overseeing the company’s migration from JD Edwards World to EnterpriseOne. As part of those responsibilities, she manages multiple projects and provides ongoing upgrade projects and support for JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne financial and distribution modules, in addition to providing system administration duties in support of EnterpriseOne.
Cheryl is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton. She currently resides in Fountain Valley, Calif., with her husband, Andy, her daughter Justine, and son, Michael.

Vice President
Terry H. DeMoure is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with nearly ten years experience with Oracle JD Edwards OneWorldXE/EnterpriseOne and World. He is currently serving in his second two year term as Vice President of SCUG Southern California Users Group for Oracle JD Edwards users.
Terry is currently a Business Systems Analyst for Designed Metal Connections located in Gardena, California. He is acknowledged as a Global SME in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing and Distribution processes. His skill set includes extensive knowledge & experience with Oracle JD Edwards OneWorldXE/EnterpriseOne, strengthened by expertise in identification of business systems needs & objectives, analysis & resolution of operational procedures and problems, respectively, and the development of innovative tools to increase efficiency and data integrity in planning & procurement.
He has completed four global Oracle JD Edwards OneWorldXE Implementations and one World to OneWorldXE migration, managed plant wide bar code (JDE integrated) implementation, piloted innovative tools such as a Sales Order Shipment Control System (email based “Actions Required Today” reports for planners, buyers, vendors, shipping and stockrooms); Source Types 1, 2, and 3 Kan Ban Processing-OneWorldXE; Supplier Consigned Inventory/Evaluated Receipts Processing-OneWorldXE; a web based Assembly Interface and Reference (web based application extracting sales/work order table data from OneWorldXE, engineering drawings/specs, and standard work docs and instantly displaying in custom window in work cells so Assemblers merely key in work order number for all info required.) In addition, took the lead in numerous KAIZEN and VSM Value Stream Mapping Events. He was accredited for his innovations, while at previous employer Haskel International, for their recognition in Managing Automation Magazine’s 2009 PM100 Global Progressive Manufacturing Awards Program, which advocates manufacturing business transformation supported by advanced technology.
He is well known by JDE users throughout the globe through his various involvements with countless users organizations, Industrial Manufacturing and Technical S.I.G.’s, and facilitation of numerous JDE training programs at numerous Oracle and Quest conferences. Terry is single and lives in North Hollywood where in his spare time you will find him either riding his Harley, or handcrafting jewelry in his spare time.

Membership and Website Coordinator
Tom is currently serving his first term as Membership and Website Coordinator after serviing 2 terms as Treasurer. He has been involved with the group since 1991, first as a member of the group and then serving on the Board in each of the years.
Tom is a project manager at CB Richard Ellis. CBRE is headquartered in Southern California and is one of the biggest Real Estate Companies in the World.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Corona, Calif., with his wife, Nancy, his daughter Lauren, and son, Glenn.
